With over 17 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing and engineering at The Boeing Company, I’ve developed a passion for adult education that drives my career. As a leader in adult education, I specialize in guiding apprentices, new hires, and seasoned professionals to success through innovative, learner-centered experiences.

 

I hold a Master’s degree in Adult Education and Training from Colorado State University and a Certificate in E-Learning Instructional Design from University of Washington. With more than 20 years working in education, I bring expertise in curriculum design and facilitation, empowering learners by meeting them where they are and addressing their unique needs.
